I replaced my xvactor fluorescent tube exposure unit with a 3140 starlight that I brought home from the iss show. I've burned 35 or so screens on it and I think I'm in love. Using Ulano orange, I was at 1:49. Now I'm at 6.5 seconds on the starlight. I have a large discharge job I am using a dual cure on and need to dial in the time, but for my standard plastisol, it's working great with the orange. I ran a 5 color back and 4 color front on a 400 piece job and a 1000 piece single color job from screens on it and they were just as good as my previous unit. I'm going to have to get used to no drying cabinet, but I thinks it's the best move for me to get me home sooner and not spending 1.5 hours a night burning 25-30 screens on it. I think 16 screens took me 15 minutes to expose and wash out this morning. It's amazing to push one button and walk away from it.
I need a new home for my xvactor with drying cabinet if anyone is in need. It drys 20 screens and can burn 2 23-31 at a time.
