I was told by the rep that they did 10000 discharge prints with no problems.

How is the - cracking/delamination/wear marks I.e. Brittleness - associated with single part discharge emulsions?

Run lengths?
Emulsion thickness?
Squeegee hardness?
Single stroke?
ZFS %?

It makes it hard for one to try it out my way when the rep says he will be here and never shows up continuously. I would try it if I could get it....... ;)

This sounds amazing. Almost to good to be true. Has anyone done any sim process work with it as well? Like to know the results and the dot it can hold

Andy, this is a high solids vs. And yes I heard about the LED issue. Predictable problem (or non issue for some)

This is 38% solids, while their PFX which I currently use is 48%. High Viscocity
38% is not really that high, right. Chromablue at 50%, well that is high or Image Mate does one at 52%. At the same time Chromaline calls other emulsions with 37% a high solid emulsion. It`s very confusing. But would love to try the Vpr too.
