From our friends at Nazdar/CCI. Aqua block blockout for well, you know. Dries extremely fast. No post exposure requirement. So far holding up very well. CCI VPR emulsion. Exposing with half the units as with WR14. No diazo.

Run Size?
Mesh count?
Squeegee hardness and pressure?
ZFS percentage?
Number of colors?
Halftone/Fine line?

Just had some aqua block dropped off today by our CCI rep.  Wish I would have seen this so I could have asked for a sample of the emulsion

Aqua block on a few screens that have been on & off the press three times, 2k runs.....seems to be holding up :-X

It does get a bit soft when washing the screen with water, but not bad here.
