I picked up two used 20 slot aluminum racks on craigslist just last week, $50 for the pair. Cut each in half and about 10 minutes to screw in a few 2x4s on the top and bottom to widen them. Working great in my new screen room!
How is this guy holding up?I need another screen rack and not about to pay what they want for the aluminum ones you can buy.

Think someone on here mentioned using like 2" PVC pipe that also sounds like a good idea.
