We exposed hxt on 2k light around 4 minute. After we use hardener. But its runs only 50 piece on water base. Can we also use diazo and than hardener?. Or only use diazo with no hardener.

How long are you leaving the hardener on the screen before printing?
What is the humidity of your screens/screen storage before exposure?
Are you post exposing?
Do your waterbase inks have solvents in them?
