CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NEEDED at ACMEPRINTS! 
TEMPE, Scottsdale & McKellipps

Monday through Friday, 8-5 with an hour lunch.  The following times may also be possible: 9-6, 9-5, or 8-4.

We’re looking for a friendly, helpful, fast and sharp person to join our relatively small, growing business (11 people), and be sherpas for our customers as they climb Mt. Acme.  We’d love to find a customer service super-hero (we can dream, right?) who wants to help us grow and grow with us. 
No formal experience necessary, but previous experience in customer service and screen printing is a HUGE plus. 

ABOUT ACME:
AcmePrints is a screen printing and design company with a friendly, interesting, and unique atmosphere.  We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and customer service.  We believe that our environmental commitment and our work with animal- and human-welfare causes can make a real difference in the world.  Acme exists primarily to help others with the profits from our printing.   
Allergies to dogs could be an issue since two friendly ones come here every day.  We are in Tempe on Scottsdale Road just north of McKellipps.  Very close to the 101 and 202.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•   Hold customers’ hands (figuratively …usually) who have never ordered screen printing before
•   Estimate print orders using our custom software
•   Data entry of order info
•   Answer phones when needed
•   Reply to email inquiries
•   Greet & help walk-in customers
•   Handle and resolve your customers’ issues

QUALIFICATIONS:
•   Most important: A great attitude and a naturally friendly and helpful demeanor. You’ve got to actually like people and care about them having a good experience with us.
•   Even though this is not a data entry job, there's a fair amount of data that needs to be entered with each order, so you have to be fast at data entry or this position is not for you. 
•   Excellent organizational skills, such as prioritization, follow-up and follow-through.
•   Detail-oriented with great accuracy.
•   Outstanding customer service skills.  You should be able to deal with customer issues effectively and diffuse situations smoothly when needed. 
•   Ability to concentrate and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
•   Highly motivated, reliable, and productive.
•   Completely comfortable with computers and common applications.
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•   The willingness & desire to figure out what needs to be done on any kind of project given to you without requiring a hand to be held.

Starts between $9 and 14 per hour, depending on experience.  We are very good with raises.  If you’re doing a good job well, you’ll get a raise since we’ll want to keep you around!
