Printing large area foil

We have a hard time printing this image, we get repeat orders and battle every time.
The image is about 12X14".      Anybody have any ideas for gettting good results printing large areas in foil.

What issues are you having? That photo looks pretty good to me.

Looks like your issues are only at the edges?

How big is your heat press?

We have quite a  lot of seconds, foil sometimes does not stick on the edges and now and again spots don't stick well in solid area.
Any small blemish shows up.            We have a press much bigger than the design.    We also have a clean alumimum plate we put on the press, any dirt on the press shows up.      Any dirt on the printing board also shows up.

All of my heat presses have a cushion type bottom platen, rather than a hard surface.
Might be worth a whirl.

I'm assuming by printing board you mean a pallet on the press. What mesh and ink are you using
on press?

Use 86 screen pfp the adhesive
