table lock pin on a diamondback
« on: October 15, 2013, 05:54:35 PM »
I have a diamondback/all air. There is a pin that is used to lock the pallets in place. it drops out of the way if you want to spin the tables freely. Today it seems like the pin is not dropping far enough away so when the I spin the pallets by hand the tip of the pink is getting rubbed as the arms go by. Does anyone know if that is adjustable? Am I in for something worse to happen soon?
Thanks,
matt

When you dig grave will you make it shallow so that I can feel the rain?

It is adjustable. Not a big deal but you should call our service department and they will direct you on how to adjust properly.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. Are they in tonight? I am headed back after dinner. I have a few things to finish up.

there is an after hour call if you are down but if it's just for directions on a minor adjustment it would be better during normal business hours or you can text me a number and I will call and help.

I will call in the morning.
Thank you for your attention to this. The offer to call tonight is appreciated but not necessary.

Easy adjustment, takes a large allen wrench and moving the pin down slightly then tightening back up very tight.  I assume this is already fixed though.
