Is ther any dye migration base for plastisol specially for red fabrics.  Low bleed white not working for red dyeing fabrics.

There are low bleed additives you can put in plastisol, or you can buy a good low bleed white (we use Excalibur).  Are you curing the ink above 300 degrees? That can cause issues with migration.

Any of these will work to industry standards.

QCM has a good underbase bleed block grey now too, and it's printable right out of the bucket unlike the Wilflex grey, which works great, but need cutting to even approach printability.

You are ALWAYS best to use a gray underbase product for maximum bleed resistance.  I have never seen a Polyester White that will ALWAYS work across ALL garments and dye colors.  There is a reason they are called "low" bleed and not "non" bleed! 

For the worst 100% polys, best practice is a grey underbase, white BR on top.

Wilflex has a new UB gray product called Bleed Blocker Gray on the market.  Priced competitively, printable, and works very well.  It cures at 305F versus the 290F cure for the Wilflex Performance UB Gray that is the premium BR blocker.  But unless ALL your overprint colors are made in a Low Cure base (performance, top score, etc), then the 305 cure is totally sufficient.

And I thank thee.  The cure temp on the mustang is 258 degrees.  If you adjust your dryer to get that temp at the end of the heat chamber then you should be ok on all but the cheapest dyed shirts.
