-we have one head that's out about 5-6/1000th of an inch. If we don't add a little bit of trap, white will show every now and then. (yes, the infamous registration block MHM issue!)


If it was the blocks you would have issues with a certain pallet(s) rather than a certain head. And it would almost never be just one.

I meant platen, thanx for catching that. there are two more that are out 2-3/1000th of an inch, but that is really not visible on most prints.

Are you guys running your shirts with the dc base through the dryer the same speed as straight discharge or are you speeding it up a bit, running my discharge at 360 degrees for 2 minutes currently.

we are slowing down the belt, but keeping the temp the same.
