The walking room is what I saw. Before we added on sometimes it was like a choreographed dance having people move in our shop, funny our addition was completed like 6 months ago and I start feeling cramped again! Also in #1 from a customer walking in it will look more impressive, I nice view of the auto....
Where do the stairs go? Are they yours? I would suggest in both designs maybe look into a different place for the washout station, that seems super close to the press. Spray back could easily ruin shirts on the press. Would it be at all possible to put it where you have your exposure positioned?
