DC on 2x1 beater ribbed

3 Screen DC no base no flash 230 mesh on all. Another overlooked aspect of DC is it's penetrayion characteristcs on these fabrics

i feel if we tried to do something like this we'd be dealing with the zombie skin. Still trying to work it out on our end though.

print looks great though.

How's it look when stretched?  We were running several thousand Next Level ribbed tanks recently (red and white DC) and getting penetration past the ribbing - So the black under ribbing/shirt lines don't show when stretched -  was hit and miss depending on the fabric/size...

It was much easier with the red than it was with the white.
Been in the industry since 1996.  5+ years with QCM Inks.  Been a part of shops of all sizes and abilities both as a printer and as an Artist/separator.  I am now the Ink and Chemical Product Manager at Ryonet.

Printed on 14" boards. Print doesn't break when stretched.

DC is absolutely the jam for ribbed fabric.  Three pics here.  Macro is stretched, second shows a birds eye of how much I'm stretching it in the macro pic and third is the unmolested print. 

This is Texcharge Fluoro Green on Bella brown tanks.  We print them on the full 16" boards.  I do believe we used a 135/48 on these so there was an intense amount of ink saturation, it paid off!

230 Tony?  That seems really high to me.

230 necesssary for htone blends. We have occasionally gone up to 355 mesh DC for sim process. Similar project in the works.
