Cinch Bags.. Quik Question

Hi Everyone..

I've been reading the posts about cinch paks.. Good stuff.
We ran a sample bag yesterday.. nylon bag (black), white ink (50/50), nylabond.
Looked great out of the  dryer. When I pulled it off the shelf to show my customer today.. looks like
the black dye migrated and sort of 'greened' out the white ink. I'm  familiar with dye migration, and we used
a low bleed ink.. Should I be using Poly ink on these bags? Seems like out stock 50/50 Streetfighter doesn't cut it.

There are no adhesion issues, only the dye migration. Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

I think homer told me it was from too much heat in the dryer...i have been watching that lately and have had no issues..

Excessive heat can cause migration on shirts so that could be the cause of it on your nylon bags.  With the nylobond there is really no need to get the temps too high since the crosslinking will complete as the bags sit there.  285 is usually the hottest we like to see them though according to union you can go as high as 300.

Not to beat it to death but there is a LCA (low cure additive) from the Lancer group that does not have a pot life.
