Multi color Vinyl or custom digital transfer? 6 items total.

I need to order something to heat set 6 shirts for a 2 color transfer. This is solid art. no halftones and the two colors will be touching. So, what company and what method may be the best option to oder from for this?

I prefer something that can give me more of a softer feel (similar to a screen print) other than the hard sheets of vinyl plastic. Is that doable?  who from?

Thanks
Dan

I use both regular cut vinyl and printed vinyl. I prefer regular vinyl. I don't like the feel of the printable stuff. I think the regular is easier to apply too.
I hope I answered the right question.

I need the "custom art" printed for me or cut for me...and I will heat apply.

Do you do your own 2 color regular cut vinyl?  Can you do this job for me, change me what you do and send to me to apply?  Is it worth it to bother at contract?  6 items.

I guess I could order from Stahls or some place.

Dan, the design itself and its ease or lack thereof of positioning the two colors will (should) affect your decision.

On light or dark shirts?
This could be a job simply satisfied with laser or ink jet transfers.

Then again, what could be more like screen print than screen printed transfers. Contact someone like Ace or even Transfer Express.

I also have something here from an outfit I saw at Long Beach, who mentioned low minimums. I'll see if I can find it.

Siser Easyweed would be nice. Not too plasticky to the touch.
I cut 18 2 color logos about 10 days ago for a hockey jerseys. Came out great.

I use a local sign shop. I think everyday I should by a small plotter though. I use the sign guys to names and numbers every baseball season. They are way cheaper and faster than stahls.
You should find a local sign guy and start a friendly working relationship. You might be surprised how much you can do for each other.

Really depends on the art....Sometimes for 2 colours I will cut & weed.....Other times I will order plastisol; transfers...It also depends on size of design and colour and whether or not I can gang it with something else....

The event is not till April 3rd so I'm looking at having them completed (on the shirt) by Friday 3-29 for pick up.

This is going on red garments 100% cotton. The art is a large approximately 12" round circle with a thick black outline....and thick black letters on the inside (either over or knocked out of the white). Should probably be an easy weed, but I also probably don't have the time to sit and do that. Maybe.  Not experienced at it.

I like the idea of plopping it on the shirt and pressing it.

If you do CAD-PRINTZ from Transfer Express (owned by Stahl's) they'll need a $25.00 minimum, plus figure $10 - $12 for freight, at least it's that from them in Ohio to us in Mass... Do you want to show us what it looks like Dan? It'll help in answering...
