SEIT has released a new-and-improved version of its Single Head Laser (SHL), which is an embroidery laser cutter distributed by Hirsch that attaches to any Tajima M series or NEO Plus machine. The original laser was linked to the machine’s pantograph that guided the laser to the programmed coordinates. The speed, however, was limited to the machine’s running stitch that was set to a very small stitch length.

Tajima has since made modifications to the machine’s drive system in cooperation with Seit making changes in the software and control panel, which has resulted in an increase in speed up to five times the original. The difference in the speed of the newer model will allow the user to use the full power of the laser which will result in cleaner cuts. The original SHL was limited to using less power because of the slower speed.

With the SHL, any size shop can create distressed appliqué, reverse appliqué, even appliqué on caps, as well as a wide range of new exciting looks and effects. It also can be mounted on multihead models of M-Series machines for greater versatility and growth.

The SEIT Single Head Laser, when used in concert with SEIT Laser Design Fusion and Tajima DGML by Pulse, unleashes your creative and profit potential! Design Fusion makes design creation and integration easy and includes exclusive features such as vector recognition, Adobe True Type conversion, and numerous embroidery-to-laser conversion functions.
