A sure sign of summer is the appearance of bright, beautiful butterflies flittering around your garden or yard. With the 3-D Butterflies Sew Easy-Stitch Appliqué kit, you can create butterflies with wings that move for inside your home or to wear on apparel. Each butterfly design has a wing that is created as a separate appliqué that is attached so that it will have movement.
There are five butterflies designs included in this collection. The “Monarchs” has two butterflies perched on a lavender flower. The “Swallowtail” has the traditional blue with orange, yellow, and pink markings, and it hovers above a yellow flower. The “Butterfly Bash” has two colorful yellow and black butterflies in flight. The “Butterfly Garden” is a bright blue butterfly with orange markings with pink flowers in the background, and “Buckeyes” are two brown butterflies with large orange and black spots and black stripes shown against purple flowers.
Each design can be used to decorate apparel such as a sweat shirt, apron, or skirt or used to decorate the home as a quilt, wall hanging, pillow, framed piece, or placemats.
Each package contains five themed designs with materials to make three copies of each for a total of 15 complete projects. Refill packs, which include six pieces of a single design, are available. Machine formats include PES, HUS, SHV, ART, DST, EXP, XXX, and JEF. There is no cutting, trimming, marking, or guesswork. Once set up, the sew disk automatically embroiders the design.
