Plugging a good company
« on: January 04, 2013, 11:31:09 AM »
I have to give a plug to RHEEM, I have a six year old tankless water heater that blew a couple of capacitors during a power outage, I called them with the question, how do I remove the waterproofing from the board so I can replace the capacitors.  They said don't bother we will send a new board free of charge and if you need a tech to install it call our 24 hour number and one will be out within a day, also free. I bought this thing on eBay installed it and never sent in a warranty card. How is that for awesome customer support!
