How would you print and separate this?

Hi guys!
Need some help from the pros!
Gotta print this design on black, tan, white, and light blue shirts.
Trying to figure out the best way to separate and print this.
There's 4 colors: white, black, brown, and pink.
Everything is separated in illustrator. 

Couple printing options I was thinking:
Underbase White flash, White flash, Pink, Brown, Black.
Underbase White flash, Pink, Brown, Black, Highlight white.
Or there may be other ways to print this.

Also, what mesh count would you guys use for each color?

I have newmans and using an auto to print this.

Going from light to very dark shirts is a pain, I,m not the best at this but I would want to use two whites base and highlite white mesh counts 156 for base white 230 for highlite and 230 for the rest of the top colors..you might even want to go 305 ofr the pink, brown and black.  I would outline that top font with a black so I wouldn't have to change my ink colors on the white shirts.  You may have to play with you print order just a little but this is how I would start my print order.  This print order should help with build up and keep you with only one flash to two flashes unless the black ink gets funky.  I sure someone else will jump in with a better way as there is always more than one way to get r done.

base white= 156
black        = 230 /305
brown       = 230/305
pink          =230/305
highlite      =230

I would print white underbase, flash, top colors and be done.  That's a prime candidate for a one hit white.  I'd put the white on a 135/48 or 150/48, one stroke and flash then put your top colors on with 205-230.  I might not underbase that darker brown either.  If I didn't underbase the dark brown then I'd drop the mesh count on it to a 150/48.  Or you could use one brown and underbase it for the lighter color and print directly on the shirt for the darker brown.  I wouldn't print the black ink on the black shirts, but you'll have to do some color changing or alter the seps to print on the different colored shirts, or at least we would.  You can handle that however you want but we would have different versions for the different shirt colors but set all the screens up on press, then turn off and on the right printheads to print on the right colors.  Hope that makes sense. 

1. White underbase 135/48-150/48 or equivalent in TIV
2. Flash
3. Cool down
4. Pink
5. Light brown
6. Dark Brown
7. Black for other colored garments

Thanks guys for your wisdom.  It's good to hear from other pro's how they would do something like this.

I think I'm gonna try do this:
1. White underbase 135/48-150/48 or equivalent in TIV
2. Flash
3. Cool down
4. Pink

9. Black

Who knows though, once on the press, some may change. 
I'm kinda intimidated by the White highlight due to the detail.

As long as your press registers ok do a highlight white. Dont choke the white. Sit it right on top of the base white. Should be just fine. Here is how we would do it. I might even skip the smoothing screen and run the pink right after the flash so it gels a bit before the next screen and it becomes the smoothing screen.

Underbase- 180 or 195 smart mesh under base
Flash
Pink-230
Tan-230
Brown-230
Black-230
Flash-230
White-230

lately we have been screwing around with moving the flash to head 3 or 4 and running the base before the flash. So in this case we would print the black 305, then white base 160, flash, then top colors, all 305. this only works if you have dead tight reg. And like D said, outline the text in black so you can run the same set up through out.

I'd have too look at the art again but you may not have to base anything, pink is made of white and red, browns can go direct, imo. . .just a thought.

I can't wait to get the ten color in here so I can really screw around.
