Getting on a tiny plane....
« on: December 17, 2012, 09:48:19 AM »
I Hate flying....

Going to tupelo ms to install our last Titan (servo/AC should be really nice).

I knew the plane would be small, but then they tell me I have to get on a bus to get to the plane...

So now my stomach is in knots...

Hoping my buddy Heineken can calm my nerves...

And yes, I realize I am more likely to die in a car wreck, but for some reason that doesn't help at all.

if it makes you feel any better, I've been in the small planes a lot. The takeoff has always been without a hitch. Can't tall you about the landing though, did not stick around for those! :)

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

No no no... The plane held 33. It was propellor driven, but it had 2 (Yay). The flight was actually not bad, smooth the whole way, but I still didn't like it.

Weird thing is, I would actually jump out of a plane, but I still don't like flying??

We have a Saab 340A, 30 seater which services our little airport.....It is a great little plane and I love flying on it.....
