White Discharge on Black Tultex

We've been printing A TON of these combos lately, but i don't think the white discharge on black tultex looks very good. Usually comes out a very dull white, instead of popping like on a Anvil 980 or Gildan 5000.

Has anyone else noticed this issue? Typically we use a 156, with Matsui White. Any tips or tricks to make it pop a little more?

Their 50/50's are definitely more muted than others like next level or aa.  For fun you could try a mix of 70/30 brite base/white and see if there's any difference.

I was pushing tilted for some of the bands I print for but recently changed over to talking them into the anvil 980's.  they seem to come out brighter and more consistent.

sounds like its just a garment dying issue but one thing to always check is your saturation, make sure you ink is pushing completely through the substrate. I add 5% water and 5% retarder to all of my inks and that actually gives you a very good saturation that yields a very bright print
