transfer adhesive powder problem (EU)

Hello! Im having a hard time to find some place in europe where i can buy transfer adhesive powder.
Im located in Latvia. I can get paper, but nobody knows where to buy adhesive.

Maybe somebody in ths forum is somewhere from europe and knows the best place to buy from?

I use the Unilon Powder from Union, who lists many European dealers on their site, probably the closest is in Estonia.
