I have a ton of Union mixing ink leftover that I would like to get formulas for, but since Avient shut down the old mixing website, I've had nothing but issues trying to sign up for IMS 3.0. Every email I use to create an account claims an account already exists. I try resetting passwords for each of those emails, and I never get a reset email password. I checked spam, trash, every inbox possible. I reached out separately and they told me they're working on it. That was months ago. How hard is it to get one of these freaking accounts open? Super frustrating to have a bunch of ink on shelves that I can't mix.
