They work pretty good within the specified parameters such as tag size etc. The smaller sizes load much slower due to the way you pull the back up thru and they are tight. The advantages are obviously running 2 locations with 1 pass, less handling means better shop flow. The load times for us were defiantly slower on the smaller sizes but lg-3x ran much faster. i think the number was like 420 /hr on a 6000 piece order we ran straight out of the gate. Graphic placement between the front print and tag on the film or DTS is critical. also, I would recommend running on a press with the squeegee flood stoke length adjustments so you can avoid stepping on the tag print which we ran in head one. I really think they are game changers if you make the adjustments to make them work . similar to any other main process a shop implements. They are not plug and play and do require up front changes in pre press, operator training and of course the big one Scheduling and run size parameters to make them profitable.
