Low cure white curing question

We are tasked to do 200 tri blend tees with a multi color front print. Those tri blend tees are sensitive little buggers and have the tendency to get easily screwed up under our quartz flash.
Now I was hoping to use our low cure white for underbasing and the hi light white, but unfortunately for the other top colors I can use only our standard plastisol inks. The white will cure at anything between 248F and 275F. Anything above might cause it turn real glossy. My main concern is that the top colors (red and black)  might not cure proper at those low temperatures.

You could look at using a low cure additive in your red and black inks.

2nd vote for low cure additive in your standard plastisol. Should get your cure temps down around 300, maybe lower.

Wilflex has low cure base available or the Top Score.  You can just make those colors into low cure inks for the job and future orders.  Much cheaper than buying premixed or even better yet re-printing the order.

I would really watch flashing those dark colors, black being the main one...We've burn out the black print on tri blends before, leaving the the other colors just fine.  Far as running thru the dryer, no problem with any color burning just the black under the flash.
