PRACTICE!  I used to hate hoodies, but after printing them for 20 years, its old hat!  You will learn what works for you and your equipment.

We get a lot of 100% polyester hoodies and battle with them.
Got some good ideas from this post, what screens are you using for the top colors and what squeegee?
