Today, the company produces a wide array of screen printing equipment at several facilities in Illinois and other international locations. The company has a vast array of distributors and technical support operations throughout the world.

Position Overview:

The position requires a Screen Printing Professional / Assistant who can work with our internal screen printing department and assist with all screen making related duties.

Preparing screens and supplies for industry trade shows, customer print training classes, and assist with all duties tasked to the Screen Print Department Manager.

Candidate should demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain deadlines and has experience with Screen Making and Screen Print Machinery. Positive team player with attention to detail.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:
• General basic screen printing knowledge and pre-press screen making operations.
• Screen making ability, retentionable /static frames, screen coating, screen reclamation.
• Ability to set-up, break-down automatic/manual press, handling inks, squeegees, flood bars, screens.
• Understands alignment of artwork, knowledge of exposure times and proper exposure principals.
• Ideally, knowledge of computer to screen equipment and screen imaging.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Performs daily tasks, trade show screen preparations as assigned by department manager.
• Organizes and keeps up with the work area to maintain stock of the screen cleaning, coating and finishing supplies.
• Possible travels domestically and internationally to train customers on printing techniques as assigned. In addition, attend tradeshows and operate various types of automatic and manual screen printing presses.
• Provide print training support when required and assigned by manager.
• Assist in the setup and operation of equipment at trade shows, also assist customers and sales staff during said shows.
• Maintains flexibility to help other staff members to strengthen team operations.
