Hello to all,

I read carefully the first post of @ShirtChef and I was thinking if I should or not answer to those claims.
As you all know I work for ROQ but above all I like that the issues are discussed in an intellectually honest manner.
I want to believe that @ShirtChef had all the best of intentions but clearly he is missing some information. So I am sorry to all the other users that follow this forum but I personally feel the need to link there another thread from this forum that I hope it will shed some light on some misconceptions.

Particularly the "Reply #22 on: June 08, 2017, 02:19:59 PM" from @ryanmoor on the second page of the thread.
It is public that there were some growth pains and that Ryonet, our partner for the American market, was as transparent as possible with that and gave a clear picture of the solutions being implemented publicly.
ROQ supports totally Ryonet and in my personal opinion they are doing an excellent job in representing us.
I am sure in the future if @ShirtChef as another experience working with ROQ technology he will have a much better experience!
That is what ROQ and Ryonet do every day, we strive to improve the products and the services.
The best way for us to get better is to get concrete critics and real problems so that we can act uppon.

I hope this clears out some air around this issue.

PS: loved the "polish"ed"" issue :) hahahahaha

I think most of us here didn't really feel the air needed clearing.  ShirtChef seems to be a classic troll.  Make one post slamming one company while singing the praises of another. It's pretty transparent and it seems like he's here to simply either inflate his ego or to justify his decision in buying an MHM.

Agree, but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Maybe he just doesn't know...
That is why I apologise to the rest of the forum in bold ;)
