This is the optimization software bundled with the Samsung SSD.
Do those of you with Samsung SSD's play with it?
What settings did you choose?
What brought this up is the occasional message window asking me if I wanted to exit Samsung Magician.
Heck, besides whatever it's been doing running in the background, I didn't even know that it was doing something that I could exit from.

I forget the exact setting but I set it to work for longevity of the drive.  Also bought the more expansive better 3d Nand memory or whatever which lasts through many more writes.

Have you tried the RAPID mode feature?
