If you’re in the market for a new singlehead embroidery machine, but can’t afford to go to a trade show, check out this new video from MESA Distributors that shows its Highland HM1501 15-needle embroidery machine in action.
The 5-minute video, which can be viewed at
www.HighlandMachines.com/jacketback, shows a highly detailed full jacket design being sewn section by section. It starts out showing the generous 3.4 inch LED screen that features TFT-LCD technology, which enhances the image quality beyond the standard displays. As the design runs, you can see where it is in its progression as well as a running meter that counts off the stitches as they are sewn. You can also observe how smoothly the machine handles trims and color changes as well as the steadiness of the machine and its relatively quiet noise level.
After the main design is completed, lettering is added to the top and bottom showing the crisp definition capable with this machine. The jacket back design measures 10.3 inches by 11.2 inches (261 mm by 284.5 mm) and showcases the sewing field, which has a total capacity of 19 by 14 inches (490 mm by 360 mm).
The video shows the machine embroidering a large jacket design with 115,975 stitches at speeds between 800 and 1,000 stitches per minute. The entire design takes approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes to complete.
