washout booth problems
« on: December 15, 2016, 03:46:27 PM »
I've been using this old washout since 2004 and its seen better days so I thought I would upgrade to (what I thought would be) a better washout.  I decided on the Easiway W-36.
My problem is that now the water from the pressure washer is spraying the water off the screen and on to the roof of the booth.  and the pressure is pushing those water drops TOWARDS the front of the booth and then shooting them out onto the employee.

I never had any problems with water spray with the old one.  Is it the height and smaller lip on top of the Easiway booth?  my distributor is trying to figure out how to help me but after two weeks of constantly mopping up after every other screen...its time for an exchange.

on another note, i have no idea where or who i got my old booth from.  anyone know?

how easy would it be to add a small strip of something across the top to block the spray on your new booth?

Probably height would be where id start.
if you hold the pressure washer wand and have to angle upwards to get something on your screen the spray will angle upwards. if you're pointing your wand downwards then the deflection will be facing downwards.
