We are a successful wholesale/retail company located in California specializing in screen-printing, embroidery, and more, looking for a Business/Managing Partner. We have been in business for 15 years, have multiple websites, and own over $200k of inventory.
The owner is looking to semi-retire, so we're looking for someone to handle the day-to-day operations of the entire print production process, as well as mediating with vendors.
This is not a job where you are paid a salary, stay for three years, and then become a partner - we are looking for a leader with integrity who is willing to invest towards ownership of the business, whether it be through money (buying in), time (working a period of reduced wages, i.e. $12/hr), or someone who has a company they want to merge with ours.
