"Any Musicians Or Drummers Out There?"I see what you did there.
I work in screen printing to play music. I have a sweet 68 Les (used on one of our show shirts!), Fender Twin, and so many other toys. Like a 72 Fender Squier from Korea I picked up at Goodwill for 22 bucks with Seymour Duncans and push pull pick up selector, real heavy for a Fender, thicker wood! I have been fortunate to have 4 great band mates for the last 33 years! We started as a rec league basketball team and played after games. Two chord stuff, exploring leads etc. Jamming with other musicians is key to learning new stuff. If we hear a song going into the studio it is so easy with today's technology to learn it quickly. I pad with internet connect, download from I tunes play, while playing over PA to study parts, download lyrics and TAB to a lyric program that scrolls auto and give it go. Music is math, the relationships between notes in Blues or rock are pretty standard. Anyone have a good amp for sale? My lead guitarists Fender just went down. Looking for solid state 60-100w twin 12" combo style, or head with cab, he abuses tube amps moving them to gigs, but he would consider tubes. Mesa, any Bogner? or Hughes Kettner? (sp)If any of you come to the ISS long beach show we play Thursdays before show and Mondays after show at our studio. Johnny Shell is a regular at these jams. Hit me up if you want to jam on either of these nights. Space is limited so first come first serve. All classic rock covers, about 300-400 to chose from. I'd like to set up in a bar in Long Beach, we've done this at Gladstones, and let guests sit in on songs they would like to play. So many musicians in this industry. Highly recommend QSC power amps for PA. With a good board the head room and power of these amps is incredible. Honest boss, I'm working, answering questions on the TSB, some good leads here!Al323.697.4334

I gots me a killer Kazoo
I've only been playing guitar for 50 years (no, not a typo) and there is still waytoo much to learn. My favorite rig was a '64 Telecaster with overwound pickups,Blackface Bassman with a Fender model 16 Leslie. Best sound I've ever got.
