« on: March 17, 2016, 02:05:00 PM »
I bought and installed Adobe cs6 Design and web premium. Worked fine on windows 8.1 ,for months. Had to reinstall because of a comp. crash. Went through the first part of the install fine serial # etc. Then this came up, wtf. Has anyone seen this? Please help.

The obvious question would be what happened when you inserted the requested disk?

He might not have a disk, when I bought CS6 (upgrade) it was a download, even available after CC came out...

Well, in those cases, what happens when one copies the downloaded program onto a CD, DVD or Flash Drive and inserts that when asked?

Thanks, for the help. I do have discs, just no englishjapan disc. English is my selected language. Adobe forums haven't had any luck yet. My Corel reinstalled correctly.
