We just moved into a new warehouse and upgraded our screen printing machine. Our trusty 6/8 Javelin by Workhorse needs to find a good home. This machine is great for those of you that are looking for a low cost entry into the Automatic Screen Printing side of the world.
This machine's sweet spot is 1 to 4 color prints but we just finished a 6-color print job last week prior to our move. At 1-color, we've recently cranked out 275 shirts per hour with 2 people (one loading tees, one off loading tees) and we found our conveyor dryer was the bottleneck. If you use this to speed up your 1 color to 3 color jobs, you will not be disappointed with the investment. Get 3x more printing done per hour and not break your back or your piggy bank doing so.
