the best way is dependent on what the customer wants to spend.
you can screen print a stock jersey but it does not look the greatest and is difficult to learn the process (done it)
you can do tackle twill and use an embroidery machine or a zigzag sewing machine to apply the twill
you can use vinyl like stahls an inexpensive way
you can do full dye jersey and start from cut and sew and be able to design the jersey anyway you can imagine with numbers and logos anywhere for just 1 simple cost
for us we no longer do screen print, or vinyl as it is not IMO the best looking product that can be done. and most of our customers are wanting a little more flashy if that is the correct word
if they want a professional style jersey then tackle twill, stahls will do the sew disk and cut your twill for it if you cannot do it in house. and then you use your embroidery machine to complete
we mostly do the full cut and sew full dye jersey as this gives the customer the most custom look, they pick all colors and jersey patterns. we build the from ground up the way the customer envisions.
you can do any of the above or take the customer and send them to us and we will help them or you take the customer info and then we make the jerseys for you as we do several lines for other companies and we label the garment with your logo. and you sell them the finished product we make for you.
let me know if i can help
