Have you tried the Tekmar TB-EZX?

We have been using it for about a year and love it....
Been in the industry since 1996.  5+ years with QCM Inks.  Been a part of shops of all sizes and abilities both as a printer and as an Artist/separator.  I am now the Ink and Chemical Product Manager at Ryonet.

I have been using the TB-EZ for about 6mo. and I second the motion, I'm assuming it's the same thing Colin is using.  Love it for performance materials as well as other things that have problems with pallet adhesion.

Just figured this out in the last couple of months.
Colin or another tech may of mentioned in an earlier thread,
"WATERBASED" tack. Makes all the difference in the world for some odd or designed reason.
We use Tekmar.

Yea..what we have been doing is printing them on the manual. We have not had really large orders for these but usually around 50. A little more control on the manual.

On the auto we would lose about 1 in 5 and i was getting pissed.LOL

I had the same issues until I started using Tekmar TBEZ. Works like a dream.
