Suggestion of this art on a canvas bag.
« on: June 05, 2015, 03:01:54 PM »
Jays mom sent this to me...

This picture on a canvas bag.

Ive been thinking about it, and originally i said no i could not do it, but then i got to thinking, could i do it and maybe just lay a flesh colored ink down and then print the couple colors over the top?

Just wondering what or if anyone has done that or a different way i could do it to make it look good?

thanks

How many? Could a transfer work?

I'm no high end process printer, but I'd wonder if the heavy texture of most canvas would make this tough.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

That is exactly my suggestion.....vinyl transfers.

Had about a 700 bag order last year.  Tried printing.........ONE.........transfers the rest of the way from CYW (Diane)

Forgot to add....mine were nylon bags but the texture and trying to build up underneath for printing was too much to overcome.  Canvas is a different material, but just as bumpy, I'm sure.

Save the grief and frustration.......go transfers.
