Index pressure alarm
I have noticed that on my gauntlet r/s when i first turn it on and open the air shut off to allow air to the press it takes 3-5 minutes for the air to build up before the index cylinder will reset. I check the alarm and it says (no air in indexer). After it gets over this it runs fine all day long. Question is there a pressure switch that is failing. I haven't got the schematic out yet to see.

Randall:  The M&R site is probably the best place to ask this question, but it's possible that you have a sticky MAC Solenoid valve.

Are you running a Oil lubricator on your press?
