Just a few observations.
The vent should not be plugged on the regulator, that alone could be the issue. I do not think they can be adjusted. Why is there a mix match of galivinized and stainless pipe?
If you're talking about the blue plug, I just went and checked and it isn't fully plugged in, but in kinda diagonally. Should I remove it completely?
In regards to the pipe, I have no idea what these guys did when they installed it. It was a contractor for the gas company and to be honest all I cared about at the time was that it fired up. Everything from the gauge to the left was on the dryer when I got it (used), and everything to the right of the gauge was installed here.
