Refillable Carts for ESPON 4900 2/27

We run an Epson 4900 [Accurip] and use a non re-fillable all black cartridge system.
The printer has hit a wall, and I need to purchase a new one today.

But, I think I would like to go the route of refillable cartridges. (Cobra?)
Any one care to shed a quick insight as to how the set up works?

We use refillable carts for our R1900 from Cobra. Easy enough to use. The printer will tell you when they are empty just like the oem, take the cartridge out, there is a plug on top you remove and you fill with a syringe. Leaving the cartridge out for 5 minuets will reset our printer.
We also use the Cobra refillable for our Ricoh sublimation printer. Same thing on refilling except there is a chip resetter to tell the printer they are full.

I run this in my 4800 one cart black and love it.
