The claw is made by OTS out in CA. They make a few different models, including one where the pallets are on risers so hoodies can be printed.

Welcome! I have some questions......Since your machine is the correct color for my shop I'm interested.

Price?
Machines in stock?
Lead time if need to be built?
Can you print hoodies on this?
What type of power supply?

thanks for stepping in

We recently purchased our second Claw Machine from OTS and it works great. Their equipment is well made and it will last forever.

Hello. Sorry for the slow answer. We do not have any in stock at the moment. For pricing contact ( sales@theots.com ). Lead time 2-4 weeks. Hoodies, tags no problem. You can see in the video the hoods lay down inside the pallet perimeter on a surface that moves with the indexer, so as not to drag them around the machine and kept away from any moving components in a clean area. We have optional pallets for koozies, sleeves, pockets, and double line garments like sports shorts etc. The standard pallet uses the slide style extrusion and 3 point leveling which is commonplace on the large autos. Thanks for your questions. We can explain or post pictures to help answer questions if people would like.

We have an Anatol Prodigy 1 color 2x Quarts Flash. It's pretty slick. 1 operator can CRANK it out. We do about 400-700 an hour depending on the size of the print, ink, and who is running the press.

We have almost everyone in production trained on the machine it's simple, very cost effective, very small space. I will be sharing a couple videos with Anatol next week I'm sure they'll post online.

In the meantime we've posted one here: https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=329693227240258

We have a new 2 color 2X Quartz Flash coming in a couple weeks... and the new Volt XL 14/12 20X28. Can't wait!

we are also considering a rapid tag for our brands print shop. We print tags in all our shirts, a small logo on the backs, and a lot of small sleeve prints too. I feel the rapid tag or something like it can really help increase our production. I have heard some complaints of the shirts moving when trying to p/f/p. We usually do gray or black for these prints so are not really concerned with the white printing issues. Waiting to hear back from anatol about pricing on theirs but really leaning towards the rapid tag. Also, looking into the claw as well.

Anyone have experience doing sleeves and small logo prints on any of these machines?

we've done sleeves and backs when them. It's no problem, but you have to make sure your adhesive is set.

Also as much as we've tried, P/F/P just doesn't work that great on the ASPE machine. at least the one we have.

thanks for the info. Do you feel for example that a nice print of gray on a black shirt can be achieved without having to flash?
