We're still pretty new to using CAD material here but so far it's going very smoothly and making impressions on all sorts of fabrics and garments that are far superior to printing.
Right now we just source the best material for the job with the lowest application temp available that still meets all the other parameters like stretch, hand, etc.
Current batch in the shop had some bleeders- black poly Patagucci running shorts. It sublimated right into the first layer down of the Super Film. What we did is doubled the first down which covers the entire image area and that got us through, no bleeding to the top color so far, looks like layer 1 is absorbing and holding it.
Is "underbasing" with another film layer best practice here when you get gnarly bleed issues? Or is there a more go-to product for dye blocking?
