Inksoft, anyone using it?
« on: December 17, 2014, 11:15:11 AM »
I did a search and was surprised that there were 0 results. Just looking for feedback, good, bad or otherwise.

Seems like someone here was using it though and it was either they didn't get any orders from it or only like a couple if I remember right.

We have been working with it for almost a year...still not active.
There is a lot of front end work to be done before you can go live with it, especially for setting up a preprint line of shirts.  It may be less work for the standard stuff with the client doing all the design work like that other website.
For us, we don't have a person that we can dedicate to getting it finished and active...so it sits and waits for us.  Their promotional information makes it look so simple and quick to get set up.

Hoping to get it active in January.

We bought it a few years back. It didn't, at that time generate any sales for us so we had deactivated it. But once you buy the license you can reactivate if you want. If you don't want to pay a web person/company to build you a site or pay for updating ect, it does give you the ability to create your own professional site, you will need to customize it to look different than others, but it's easy. It does have some serious power built into it though, especially SEO. Now they have done a ton of other stuff. We are going to relaunch ours, mainly for all of the back end stores, use the basic site without the designer. Most folks, especially in our area are too lazy to learn something new when used to other popular we based designers. We would rather interact with our customers anyway. The store features are pretty awesome. The package we bought into gives us 25 independent stores. Support is really good if you need it. Just about anything you would want to do, you can do, but you can get carried away because it does get in depth. It also allows you to do other clerical things if you don't have a shop management application in use. If you want, I can connect you via email with the guys who can really help. PM if you want.
