Are the back of the sockets distorting, like bulbimg to the point the ceramic holder are no longer spring loaded. I have had a lot of luck with Soneko bulbs and holders, fans and relays from local suppliers.
If i was buying a new quartz right now it would prob be the Red Chili "D". Our Chili has been there 100% for us and we've been hammering it for awhile now, the D adds an auto temp control/set which would ease the pain of removing it from the connection to your control panel and it has an optical mode that works on any press. I feel like a Tacana could be modded to mount between side clamps as well.

Now it has been retro fitted where the bulbs wire direct. Good idea just poorly executed. I would like to know of a resource for a quartz flash unit for an Anatol Stratus 18x20" 3 zone cure area. What other manufacturers have one that will work, and if anyone knows of some prices please PM me some contact info. ThanksChris
