Anyone seen a kid's font anything like this?

I have it on my computer as "Crazy Creatures" TTF (no copyright notice found).  It has the shapes and the basic character features (eyes, mouth, etc.) but they are not set up for multiple colors per letter.  When I "bing/google" Crazy Creatures font, I find several places to download it from.
