I`m pretty sure Fixer F is not a low cure additive in the sense of you can cure the ink at 100 degrees Celsius. As far as I know it`s just improves the print`s washfastness.

I'm not sure about Fixer F, but I believe the washfastness one is Fixer N.

I was informed Fixer F as well, but it won't be as good as properly cured inks. I don't like to use any fixer because I will have ink drying on the screens.

FYI this is how I do it.
If I dry my shirts in the oven for more than 3~4 mins @ 150C, I will burn them. So I reduce the temp to 140C then heat press them straight away at 160C.
Hope it helps.

The reason I`m asking is because my boss, which coincidently is as well my wife, wants us to use waterbased inks for printing onto dry fit tees.
Matsui pointed us now towards their EN-base/white. It`s their acrylic ink which apparently works very well on dark poly tops, especially if you add a small percentage of Fixer F. According to Matsui the EN base/white cures already at a lower temperature then their standard waterbased whites and with the Fixer F it can be cure at real low temperatures. How low, well I will try it out and report back.

Would you still need the grey/black undercoat for bleeding?

Yes . After research we find two material for dye migration. activated carbon and nano clay. Mostly manufacture use activated carbon. Anybody use nano clay?

Well that's apparently the whole point of using the Matsui EN white with fixer F. You won't need a grey underbase. Now we personally have not tried it yet but the majority of print shops in Japan using that white.

Matsui EN white ?  En means?  There is no EN white product in matsui website. Only white 301w-j and white mjw.

I`ll get a sample this week and once I tried it I will let you know.
Matsui was so kind to email me the exact instructions on  how to use it for dry fit tops.
Matsui Super White EN-2E, that`s the exact code, plus 2% Fixer F will allow you to cure the print at 130 Degrees Celsius for  maximum of 3 minutes.
