An established Screen Printing Company in the Midwest is looking for a Screen Printing Production Manager
Responsibilities will include the following:
• Schedule daily production for two shifts (6 screen printing machines for each shift with various order quantities ranging from 12 pieces to 50,000 pieces)
• Must have technical knowledge of plastisol, waterbase, and discharge inks
• Ensure all jobs are staged properly (ink, screens, goods, etc…)
• Contribute to personnel decisions during busy and slow times of the year
• Maintaining sufficient screen printing supplies like ink and emulsion within a provided monthly budget
• Technical knowledge of automatic and manual screen printing presses
• Training of new employees in the screen printing departments
• Verify maintenance of production equipment
Due to desired turn around times, it is not uncommon for us to print and ship a job the same day the art is approved and/or the goods arrive. It is important that the Screen Printing Production Manager is able to facilitate those jobs ensuring they meet their required ship date.
Compensation will vary depending on experience.
