We have a job that we print a couple of times a year for a client. It's a 3 color discharge job. Really big and blocky.
The client is SUPER particular about there being dust or lint or pinholes in the actual print.
However we keep running into little bits of clogged or dried ink in our screens.
We are using one custom mixed blue (all from sericol texcharge), red sericol right out of the bucket, and CCI white discharges.
Any tips on what we can do? We've tried straining it, and still have had issues.
To be clear the screen is getting clogged with what i assume is dried up ink, usually after 1 or two prints
