I don't use em, just raw mesh, but will toss this out.Any chance the roller frames are a bit bigger than the panel are supposed to fit in? That would cause them to have more stress in the corners, the weakest point.
By before tightening, I'm assuming u mean locking the bolts down with torque. Right?Someone asked and I didn't see an answer. Any chance the meter is not accurate? Has it ever been calibrated?
I don't have any more guesses, but do have a question.Not having ever used panels, are the corners pretty floppy (when they don't rip)?Or do they tend to snug up pretty well?
This is a strange one leading me to believe a bad batch, but shurloc has always had a very tight grip on engineering them so this doesn't happen. But stranger things have happened. The pic looks like they ripped right at the locking strip?
