two layer magna discharge super white

For better brightness we print two layer of magna super discharge white.  But washing failed. But i we print single layer the washing ok.  Is ther any help?

Are you talking just a double stroke or a print, flash, print?  The DC whites don't accept other inks on top of them from the little bit of testing we've done.  It's not like printing on top of a plastisol underbase at all.
I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it -T.J.

Try using strait DC base or 80/20 mix for your first white, then print 100% white on top.  We have done this with good results.  Posted this pic last week in another thread, base was a DC 50/50 mix and the top was strait Dwhite.

You're printing it like plastisol and not WB. You need to get it into the fabric and be able to see the ink inside the garment.
